Light switch plates-gone crazy





Right than I am back with more now.
After having bought a bargain of 10kg tomatos I was kind of busy in the kitchen turning them into all sorts of things. I think my two have had about enough of tomatos by now.
So as I was waiting to have my tomatos sorted and done I was able to sort out now my latest project.....well ok I made a start and its still work in progress.

 I had lots of light switches that I wasn't aware you can take off the cover plates. Since we haven't got the money to get new once I thought it would be nice to change the ugly plastic once we got and off I went. 

Some have turned out really nice I have to say. Every room gets different once and only the lounge and diner will have the brushed silver once to make it look a bit posher.

 Hope you like them?! I sure do as anything is better than the once we got!!!

Hello, time is flying by when trying to keep up with everything, but I didn't want to show you again just have done items.....well OK at least you cant see it on the picture. This is one of 6 dinner mats. I had lots of different tiles left and thought its nice having some for our table. It's just not good having some made out of carton if you dribble a lot or make a mess. Not that I dribble .....don't get any ideas! Anyway let's just swiftly move on :-) Yes well I made this over a weekend and hubby wanted to have clean lines so I will have to gloss the side and bottom in a nice beige rather then tiling them as I did the one before. It is funny how both of us went for different favourites. I love the once big and chunky and not so precise. How it all started

Hi, I always wanted to do something creative and when I moved to the UK I was without my family and friends and what shall I say...... you got plenty of time on your hand...... I started making jewellery and cards 5 years ago and took a mosaic course last year. This has been one of the best weekends ever. I loved it sooooo much that I started to make more and more till today. My ultimate dream would be to make mosaics for everyone to order. This would be just haven, but hey ho at the moment every new house will get a mosaic in the......and we move a lot!!! Well first one I done was on an old tray and it should be the phoenix. Germany, UK, Switzerland to Australia

Hi there, its been years since I gotten around to post or write anything at all....but I made a promise to start this all over again and here we go. Its been a bit of a detour since last. We moved to Switzerland and bought a house that I of course started to renovate....but than again there was only so much I could do....so no mosaics that have been done except for one little bit that I will bring up later as it is now with me in Perth. Gosh so much has happened since we arrived here. The house we bought is a full renovation project. the shell is good and well everything else is down to our imagination or shall i say mine. What I have noticed and was so shocked about is the fact that only now they are banning plastic bags. Gosh this is not good. I dont have a composting bin because they dont do that here either.
